Has your eBay seller account been restricted or suspended?

You are not alone. eBay is trying to crack down on the little guy in favor of large corporate sellers. But guess what eBay, we are the ones that built eBay into the juggernaut it is today. We fell victim to their "Sell it on eBay commercials" and built our own businesses within eBay only to have them change the rules on us.

Have you been a victim of Ebay's forced refunds?

This is another reason for our suit. What happened to auction standards? Buyers taking advantage of the not as described feature and killing your metrics thus causing your account to drop below standard. An auction is designed to move items, along with any problems with that item. Ebay had no right to take money from you.

If you are like me, you are wondering how can a large company like Ebay suspend or restrict a long-standing seller account unfairly and without notice. I have built my business to depend on the revenue channel eBay provides. We have bent over backwards to please Ebay customers and in the end to have Ebay suspend our account is unacceptable and unfair.

We are going to teach eBay a lesson in unfair business practices!

"Unfair business practices encompass fraud, misrepresentation, and oppressive or unconscionable acts or practices by business, often against consumers and are prohibited by law in many countries."

By joining our class-action lawsuit we hope to hold eBay accountable for their actions and seek substantial damages for all wronged eBay sellers that have sent us in their eBay stories.
